Common use

LIV.52 is an ayurvedic remedy to improve liver function. It works by protection of the hepatic parenchyma due to its antioxidant properties. LIV.52 promotes hepatocellular regeneration and restoration of hepatic functions after infective hepatitis, alcohol-induced hepatic damage, or helps people taking allopathic medications to protect liver from their damaging hepatotoxic side effects.



Directions

Take 1 capsule of LIV.52 twice a day, before your meals.



Precautions

As a powerful detoxifying agent it may sometimes cause nausea and exhaustion. Consult your doctor first than to take this medication. Inform your doctor in advance if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before to start this herbal product.



Contraindications

Missed dose

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember about it. Do not take extra or doubled dose of this herbal product.

Himalaya LIV.52 is a thoroughly blended herb formulation which unites qualities of separate plants to achieve the best results. Each tablet includes such hepatic stimulants as capers (Capparis spinosa), wild chicory (Cichorium intybus), Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna), Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), black nightshade (Solanum nigrum) with antitoxic activity, a digestive and hepatic tonic Cassia occidentalis, and tamarisk (Tamarix gallica) which is a hepatic and digestive stimulant.
